Chris is responsible for guiding TanArr’s CONUS and OCONUS business development strategy, elevating human capital deployment, and policy development in alignment with the company’s broader strategic growth initiatives. Chris is a strong advocate of human-centered, AI-led organizational transformation to accelerate digital transformation and legacy systems modernization for federal, state, municipal, and commercial organizations. 

Chris is a results-driven operations leader with a proven track record of driving YoY productivity improvements and sustained revenue growth within high-compliance, strict regulatory environments. He specializes in forging strategic alliances with technology firms and specialized government prime and subcontractors to scale delivery readiness.
